§20. The following email was promulgated from the CHADNET website to all CHADNET members on or around 11:00 AM on June 20th, 2024 by PLAINTIFF (EXHIBIT A):

If you are a confirmed alpha male, congratulations: you now have access to our closed beta mail service. Beta males will only have access to the alpha mail service. If you are an incel or twincel and still want access to the beta mail test, enter your test level in cell 'T' on your settings page to determine if you are eligible for provisional sigma or shrigma male status. §21. ON INFORMATION AND BELIEF, EMPLOYEE A (6'0") observed at or around 11:15 AM CHADNET CEO DICK 'CHAD' MASTERSTROKE (6'1") (DEFENDANT) reading the aforementioned email in DEFENDANT'S office, whereupon the DEFENDANT became visibly extremely confused and disoriented and then enraged at PLAINTIFF (5'11"), speaking words in the general direction of PLAINTIFF to the effect of:

I am going to fucking kill you in real life using the 'Blood Eagle' technique you [SLURS ELIDED]. You can take that to court.

§22. WHEREUPON and THEREWITHTO, DEFENDANT kicked PLAINTIFF through the pane of a glass door '300-style', pursued PLAINTIFF a short distance through the CHADNET offices, pinned PLAINTIFF over a desk, and menaced PLAINTIFF with an 'Art of Manliness'-branded cigar cutter.
